Born and raised in the beautiful island of Saint Lucia. This class is me taking my love for dance and my heritage and sharing it with my community through music and movement! This isn't just about fitness for me, it's about all around well-being.

Caribbean Fit Fete is Caribbean inspired dance fitness workouts. This class is all about celebrating your body and it's movement and not taking yourself so seriously. It doesn't matter what age, fitness or dance level you are, this class is for everyone.
